- Description
- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a standard 3320A servo motor analyzer, customizedfirmware for the 3-phase PM stepper motor support and a custom 900 in- dynamometer tosupport testing at the gear output and custom test fixture. NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Avelly, LLC.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to Janicea McCree at Janicea.L.McCree@nasa.gov, not later than 4:30p.m. eastern time on August 8, 2009. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluatedsolely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on acompetitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed efforton a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solelywithin the discretion of the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
