- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 30, 2009. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Landscape Plant Material for the War in the Pacific NHP, Guam. Solicitation Number Q8790090008 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm fixed price Order for commercial items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 11142; and the small business size standard is $0.75 million. This procurement is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Vendors responding to this RFQ are required to provide the following: (1) A price quote using Standard Form 18 (SF-18); (2) A complete 52.212-3 form (included in solicitation package); and (3) A completed Bid Schedule form (included in solicitation package). Offeror agrees to hold the prices in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers. Only quotes from vendors currently registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) will be accepted. To register log on to the internet site at http://www.ccr.gov. Quotes are due NLT 10:00 am PST, August 10, 2009, and may be sent via mail or email to: Barbara D.
