- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0513 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, Defense Circular Number 20090715-1, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 326199. 0001 - Part# 212-0001X - SIMMAN 3G Mannequin Rugged, or equal, Qty. 1 EA 0002 - PART# 212-VPLUSP3 - SIMMAN Value Plus Platinum Program, 3 Years, or equal, QTY. 1 EA 0003 - PART# 211-91150 SIMAMN 3 G Intro.
