Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0513 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, Defense Circular Number 20090715-1, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 326199. 0001 - Part# 212-0001X - SIMMAN 3G Mannequin Rugged, or equal, Qty. 1 EA 0002 - PART# 212-VPLUSP3 - SIMMAN Value Plus Platinum Program, 3 Years, or equal, QTY. 1 EA 0003 - PART# 211-91150 SIMAMN 3 G Intro. Upgrade, 2-Day Training Course on site at customer location for 8-10 personnel, or equal, Qty. 1 EA 0004 - PART# 211-17101 Emergency Preparedness Scenarios, Including: Nerve Agent; Improvised Explosive Device (IED); Radiological Dispersal Device (RDD); Cyanide Exposure and Vesicant Scenarios, or equal, Qty. 1 EA 0005 - PART# 80-1459 ACLS Scenarios for SIMMAN (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) 31 Scenarios from the American Heart Association's ACLS course, or equal, Qty. 1 EA *Note - Additional requirements include the following: NBC, CO2, defib, cardiac pacing, Rugged chassis, and adequate chest compression monitoring.
