- RECOVERY- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the Mobile District MEDCOM Support Program for Renovation, Repair, and Minor Construction of Department of Defense Army Medical Facilities and Support Facilities in the U.S. The U. S. Army Engineer District, Mobile, will compete a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order against its existing MEDCOM MATOC pools which were fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 15 on 8/29/2008. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Recovery Act approved Project to Repair Building 1 Motor Control Center, Tripler Army Medical Center, Schofield Barracks, HI. The objective of this project is to repair all motor control centers in wings A, B, C, and D. POC: Jacalyn M.
