- Description
- The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a techncial question. The due date for quotations, Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 3:30 PM Eastern Time, remains unchanged. QUESTION: Paragraph #9 calls out a Neubauer Ruling for manual hemacytometers as described by FDA regulation 864.6160. The ruling must be 10mm separated by 100 equal segments. Can I have a further explanation of what this is and how it is used on a comparison macroscope? RESPONSE: The slides are each put on each side of the microscope. When compared, the fine rulings should match, thus insuring balanced magnification through all the magnifications.
