- In accordance with FAR 5.206, the U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Contracting Center, Rock Island, IL 61299-8000 is posting this notice to inform contractors of potential subcontracting opportunities for a singular add-on requirement to Contract W52P1J-07-C-0022 with Canadian Commercial Corporation. The United States Government has a singular add-on requirement for the Load, Assemble and Packaging (LAP) of 41,393 each M720A1 (1310-01-418-4362) HE 81mm High Explosive Cartridges and 69,003 each M821A2 (NSN 1315-01-418-4361) HE 60mm High Explosive Cartridges. This synopsis is for subcontracting purposes only. Potential interested parties should contact Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) - General Dynamics- Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTs Canada) for further information about potential subcontracting opportunities. Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) - General Dynamics-Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTs Canada) will be the sole source primary contractor for this one time requirement. The authority for restricting competition to GD-OTS Canada is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source.
