- This will be a firm fixed price and requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance of fire suppressant system (dry chemical) attached to hazardous material and hazardous waste strorage. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 30 JUL 2009. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 07 AUG 2009. Period of performance is 01 OCT 2009 30 SEP 2010 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $12.5 Million.
