Project is the second component (MILCON) of Air National Guard Readiness Center Campus Expansion and consists of a two story wing of approximately 20,000 SF housing a conference center and support facilities. These components will flank a central lobby/atrium space that will serve as the primary entry to the expanded HQ complex. Construction Services were awarded to Clark Construction, Group LLC, 7500 Old Georgetown Rd. Bethesda, MD. 208714, 30 Jul 2009. The amount of the task order is $7,498,000.00.
