- This attachment is for CLIN 0006, and all items maybe OR EQUAL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C3449201AC01, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- Subscriber Loop Analyzer w/ Modem Tester 3M 965. Manuf. Part # 80611146103 or equal. Test copper cable for voltage, ground, serce as TDR, also butt set. OR EQUAL( 2 Each). CLIN 0002 - 3M710 25 pair splice connector straight filled. CSC part # 536490. Splice together copper cable trunks OR EQUAL( 1800 Each). CLIN 0003 - 4" x 25.8" splice case. CSC Part # 517769. Encloses splices after repairing copper cables OR EQUAL( 15 each). CLIN 0004 - 6.5" x 22" splice case w/bonding. CSC part # 526379. Encloses splices after repairing copper cables OR EQUAL( 20 each). CLIN 0005 - input=110 connector, output=110 connector, 100 pair. CSC part # 752042 / MFR = 1880ENA1/NSN-100. Splice together copper cable OR EQUAL( 10 each). CLIN 0006 -9.5 Super STR w/ AF, FF, EP, Bond. CSC part # 804648. Encloses splices after repairing cable. OR EQUAL( 10 each). FOB is destination Guam Items should be shipped no later than 19 Dec 2009, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
