- Solicitation The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order for Medicine Cabinet and Student Stools for a school in Guam. Specifications will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-09-R-7023. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency by the RFP closing date. Proposals shall be submitted as specified in the RFP. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. Inquires concerning the RFP may be submitted in writing via email to: robin.boyd@pac.dodea.edu In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
