- The AFFTC, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking sources capable of providing: 1 Ea. AN/PLM-4 (V3) Radar Signal Simulator or equivalent. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. REQUIREMENTS: 1.AN/PLM-4 (V3) Radar Signal Simulator or equivalent(1 ea) 2.Deliver NLT 6 MARO 3.FOB Destination to Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SPECIFICATIONS: AN/PLM-4 (V3) Radar Signal Simulator or equivalent including the following: 1 Ea. Radar Signal Simulator which includes: 2 ea. Batteries 1 Ea. Emitter Library Module 1 Ea. AC Power Cable 1 Ea. Accessory Case which includes: 2 Ea. Batteries 1 Ea. External Battery Charger 1 Ea. Remote Terminal 1 Ea. Remote Terminal Cable 1 Ea. Operations & Maintenance Technical Order 2 Ea. Spare Fuses 1 Ea. Shoulder Harness 1 Ea. Parallel Port Programmer Assembly 1 Ea. Parallel Interface Cable FT1187-1 1 Ea. Cover 1 Ea. External Battery Charger Power Cable 1 Ea. Emitter Library Programming Kit which includes: 1 Ea. Emitter Library Maintenance Software 1 Ea. USB interface Cable 1 Ea. Emitter Library Programmer Firms responding to this notice must identify their company's capabilities to perform the requirements described herein, reference the solicitation number and indicate whether or not you are a small business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1. The information received as a result of this sources sought will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to open competition, based on response to this sources sought synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded in September 2009.
