- The Brand Name Justification letter includes a materials list as an attachment that is not valid and should be disregarded. Amendment to Statement of Work for Install Traffic Control Systems at Various Locations Basewide Project Number: GHLN 06-1019 Paragraph 2.1. Delete "or provide a completely new system for each intersection." Replace with "to complete a fully operational Traficon system." Paragraph 2.1.4 and 2.2 Delete Traficon 19" Racks. It is the Government's understanding that cabinets come with racks. Paragraph 2.1.7 and 2.2 Delete Iteris Vantage RZ4 B/W Camera. It is the Government's understanding that Cameras are provided with Traficon Vehicle Presence Detector The response date has been extended until Tuesday, 4 August 2009 to allow prospective contractors additional time to review and respond to the changes in the Statement of Work.
