- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE GSA SCHEDULE NUMBER 56 SIN 412 17 & 412 51 AND WILL BE AWARDED AS A FIRM FIXED PRICE DELIVERY ORDER. This is not a solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for a Building Electrical Upgrade. This requirement is for Equipment, Labor, Materials and Supervision required to remove and replace a portion of existing Electrical Switch Gear with a new circuit breaker panel board. In addition, set and connect a Government provided Emergency Standby Generator and Autotransfer Switch panel Evaluation Factors: In accordance with FAR 8.4, the Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price delivery order. This procurement is considered full and open competition, per FAR 8.404(a). This solicitation will be available for download on or about July 30, 2009 from GSA's E-buy site. Any amendments will be available via the site as well. Only responses submitted via GSA's E-buy will be considered. Closing date will be approximately 10 days after issuance of RFQ.
