- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals for an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13. The purpose of this contract is to identify key frontier issues, produce issue briefs on health care challenges facing frontier communities and to provide technical assistance for frontier communities to apply for ORHP 330A grants and other programs. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 14, 2009. The closing date will be on August 21, 2009, at no later than 2:00pm local prevailing time. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
