- The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions & Lethality(JM&L) Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), is conducting market research to locate capable firms to provide piezoelectrical and piezoresistive pressure sensors and accelerometers for application of ballistic measurements. Firms shall include in their submission technical data including specifications and drawings. Brochures or manuals may be submitted. The piezoelectrical and piezoresistive pressure sensors and accelerometers must be in compliance with existing NATO Standardization Agreements (STANAGs) and Manuals of Proof and Inspections (MOPIs). The technical point of contact for any questions is Dave Webster; david.webster1@us.army.mil or peter.hefferan@us.army.mil. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested sources are encouraged to submit responses within 10 days of this notice to: U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny, NJ 07806, and Attention: Gregory J. Rodriguez, Bldg. 10, or submit the information electronically to greg.rodriguez@us.army.mil. Electronic submittals are preferred. Information submitted should include company name, address, telephone number and technical point of contact. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey Announcement and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP/RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
