- This is a pre-award combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Initial Spares and RSP Requirements for FY08 Aircraft buy (31 C-130J Aircraft). This is a sole source acquisition, due to unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1), to GE Aviation Systems LLC (DBA Dowty Propellors), CAGE 93366. This is a pre-award combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Initial Spares and RSP Requirements for FY08 Aircraft buy (31 C-130J Aircraft). This is a sole source acquisition, due to unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1), to GE Aviation Systems LLC (DBA Dowty Propellors), CAGE 93366.
