- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with St. Jude Medical, for a Service Agreement for the VA owned 3-D Mapping System. Contractor must provide 24 hour response time for an operating technical, 48 hour repair time, 72 hour loaner exchange time and all parts and labor for the EnSite unit. Technician must be qualified and trained to perform service/maintenance and operation on the EnSite 3-D Mapping System. Contract will run from one year from date of award with provisions for one (1) option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this service to the Contracting Officer via fax at 801-584-2506 or e-mail at: susan.cowin@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 12:00PM Noon on August 10, 2009. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 811219.
