- Synopsis and Pre-Invitation Notice The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a contract for the services of a full-time Catholic Priest. This service contract will be performed at Bolling Air Force Base, District of Columbia, in accordance with the specifications and attachments that will be identified in the solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated, with one base year, and four option years to follow. This action will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110, with the business size standard dollar amount of $7.0M. It is anticipated performance will begin 1 October 2009. The solicitation will be issued electronically approximately on or about August 7, 2009 on the Federal Business Oppurtunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frquently for any updates/ammendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to be eligible for award.
