- Attachment 2 - Past Performance Attachment 1 - The Schedule RETURN THIS COPY Rob Roy RFP The Medicine Bow-Routt N.F. is in need of hazard tree work in the Rob Roy area located near Laramie, WY. The work will be performed on U.S. Forest Service administered lands. This contract will include 19 acres of hazardous tree treatment. Optional items that may or may not be awarded include 20 acres in unit 1 and 17 acres in unit 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set aside for small business. Any eligible, responsible small business may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing. Only written questions will be addressed. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) in accordance with FAR 52.207-4 and registered in ORCA in accordance with FAR 52.204-8 to be considered for an award. All offerors must address all evaluation criteria in Section M to be considered for an award. Offerors who fail any of these requirements will be considered unresponsive and will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of the proposals.
