- Description
- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for proposal. The Maintenance Contracting Branch, OC-ALC/PKEA at Tinker Air Force Base, OK is seeking sources to provide Ground Support Equipment Maintenance (GSE) and Dispatch Services. NAICS Code is 811310. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The period of performance is for a two month orientation period, a base period of four (4) months plus four (4) twelve(12) month option periods. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine if there are any businesses available with experience of performing the following task: (1) Provide operation services for 24-hours a day, 7-days a week; (2) Provide services to operate the GSE maintenance control center, GSE dispatch services, equipment maintenance and servicing shops, battery shop, supply support customer account, fuels issue and control point, safety office, quality control office, janitorial/grounds maintenance services, contingency/emergency services, engine airlift trailer and shipping adapters services; (3) Provide a GSE dispatch desk services with sufficient drivers for all GSE movements initiated by the Government to on-base airfield locations; (4) Schedule and control all GSE on-site maintenance; (5) Perform ready line maintenance and over and above work orders; (6) Provide preventive maintenance inspections and repair of silhouette maintenance work stand/misc shop support equipment; (7) Perform paint inspect of each items for general paint condition/corrosion. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation at this time. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought. If you are a business interested in doing business with the U.W Federal Government, you must be registered in CCR. It is advisable to begin registration now. The governments intends to solicit this requirement as a Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses per FAR 6.206 Any question concerning this sources sought shall be email to Tiffany.Bentley@tinker.af.mil.
