- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space to yield 7,000 to 8,500 (ANSI/BOMA) sq ft in the STERLING or ROCK FALLS, IL area for office and clinical space. Existing ground floor, ready clinic space is most preferred and will receive priority, but new construction or modification of existing space will be considered. No offers in flood plains will be considered. Offered space must comply with all safety/fire and American Disability Act regulations. Lease will be fully serviced including all utilities, janitorial services, snow removal, etc. 60 off street, adjacent parking spaces required. Optimal location: central Sterling or Rock Falls, IL in close proximity to Highways 30 and 88. Occupancy desired in June 2010. Probable lease term of 5 yrs firm with one 3 yr option, and one 2 yr option. Market survey of properties offered may be conducted by VA.
