Description
RECOVERY--The proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside; NAICS 237990 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $33.5 million average annual receipts over preceding three fiscal years. Estimated cost of services is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be posted on or about 18 August 2009. Solicit and award one contract for the installation a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission designed wave deflector/fish habitat system at the Susquehannock Campground, Senoia Points Campground and Tatman Run Day Use area and gabion baskets at the Tatman Run site (optional bid item) as per the attached drawings and specifications. Raystown Lake is located in Huntingdon and Bedford counties in South Central Pennsylvania. All questions shall be submitted via email to steven.everette@usace.army.mil or by fax at 410-962-0933. Bids can be submitted via mail to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, P. O. Box 1715, Attn: CENAB-CT, Baltimore, MD 21203. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request bid package pending FBO posting on or about 16 August 2009. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
