- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 55,000 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 44,000 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in LAS CRUCES, NM along with approximately 625 surface parking spaces. The space shall be located in a commercial industrial/office/Business Park setting. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for January 1, 2010. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. DELINEATED AREA: 10 mile radius of the Central Business District of Las Cruces, NM. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents should include the following: · Building name, address and location in reference to Las Cruces Central Business District. · Total rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. · ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. · Date of space availability. · Method of rentable space measurement. · Building ownership information. · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
