- This solicitation has been amended due to an change in quantity. The new quantity is 41 each, and solicitation has been re-posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System and closing date extended until 08/06/09. Please complete new proposal for adjusted quantity. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis/solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on 03/16/09 and will be accessable via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Vibrator, Ignition, PR’s 0020089208, 0020771325, 0021022496 Solicitation Number SPM4A509R0336. This is a configuration control item source controlled to Unison Industries (59501) Part Number: 10-397550-1, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 87 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 200 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be March 13, 2009 with a closing date of April 30, 2009. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be March 16,2009 with a closing date of April 30, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
