Description
This solicitation has been amended due to an change in quantity. The new quantity is 41 each, and solicitation has been re-posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System and closing date extended until 08/06/09. Please complete new proposal for adjusted quantity. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis/solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on 03/16/09 and will be accessable via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Vibrator, Ignition, PR’s 0020089208, 0020771325, 0021022496 Solicitation Number SPM4A509R0336. This is a configuration control item source controlled to Unison Industries (59501) Part Number: 10-397550-1, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 87 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 200 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be March 13, 2009 with a closing date of April 30, 2009. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be March 16,2009 with a closing date of April 30, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
