- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity was available only to INCA/FMSM JV under previously awarded Contract W911WN-07-D-0001. The Government has issued a task order to INCA/FMSM JV under this pre-existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineering Services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District is collecting environmental baseline data in support of feasibility-level planning for modernization of the EMsworth, Dashields, and Montgomery Locks & Dams. One goal of baseline data collection is the characterization of riverbed substrate in the study area, which will be performed under this task order. This data will support number of Upper Ohio Navigation Study needs, as well as other District program interests, including those of the regulatory and navigation programs.
