- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124L-09-R-0009. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS BEING ADVERTISED AS A HUBZONE SET ASIDE for W9124L-09-R-0009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Solicitation is 562111 and the size standard is $12.5M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract. This contract is for base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2014. The solicitation will be available on or about August 11, 2009 at 4 pm CST. The approximate closing date for the solicitation is August 31, 2009 at 4 pm CST. The work includes Refuse Collection services on the Fort Sill installation. The Contractor shall provide services, personnel, tools, equipment, dumpsters and supplies, as specified for the collection and transportation of refuse to the Sanitary Landfill or Rubble Pit at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, in accordance with (IAW) the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, attachments, and exhibits contained in this contract or incorporated by reference. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose proposal, confirming to the solicitation, will be a BEST VALUE to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The specific evaluation factors will be included in the Solicitation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to award, to negotiate with any or all offerors, use tradeoff process when it may be in the best interest of the Government to consider award to other than the lowest price offeror or other than the highest technically rated offeror, and to award to the offeror submitting the proposal determined by the Government to be the most advantageous (Best Value) to the Government. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO EVALUATE PROPOSALS AND AWARD WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED. Therefore, proposals should be submitted initially on the most favorable terms. Specific information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation.
