- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912P5-09-T-0013. Synopsis: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation W912P5-09-T-0013 for Cheatham Dam Intake Gate Repair / Refurbish and the cleaning, painting and seal replacement on five (5) gates. All work shall be completed as specified, detailed and/or in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, contained herein or incorporated by reference. Incorporation by reference shall include any and all mandatory provisions required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) whether it is referenced or not referenced, current at time of award. The proposed North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990. The small business size standard is thirty three and a half million dollars ($33.5M). This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZONE small business concerns. From this RFQ solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to award without discussions. The solicitation documents should be available within 10 days of this pre-solicitation notice. Solicitation documents will be available for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is, and will continue to be, the responsibility of all potential contractors to monitor the FBO website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be maintaining a mailing list.
