- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912JB-09-T-2038. 1. What locations include wall hung units? See attached Drawing. They are located in the two areas near the directors office. 2. Identify locations for the power poles... Only identified location for power is for the center workstations. As seen on drawing. 3. Existing Issues: - Thermostat locations - Location of emergency light on west wall side of electrical room (80 inch Wall issue) This is not a furniture contract issue and will be resolved by DMVA. 4.Identify electrical circuits for workstation farm. I have 3 circuits per 8 workcenters. Should not present issue. 5. Electrical coordination requirements Furniture contractor must provide whips; construction contractor will install on existing circuit branches. Please review project design guide as there are a few electrical requirements that furniture designer will be required to hire. 6. Receiving Furniture Requirement Question was asked about drop shipping. GC may have delivery directly to warehouse but government will not take possession until all items are accounted and furniture contractor must receive at warehouse. 7 Schedule requirement for utilizing new drive concrete. I should have a more firm date on drive way completion within next 2 weeks, would expect dock available with access NLT SEP 1.
