- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for new asphalt paving and paving repair work at Salamonie Lake, Lagro Indiana. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310. The size standard is $33.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The quote due date is 13 August 2009 at 2:00 PM local time. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
