- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded Contract #G09PC00099 to Refraction Technology, Inc. of 1600 Tenth Street, Suite A, Plano, TX 75074-8671, for earthquake monitoring equipment. The period of performance for this contract is a base period of 12 months, with a 6 month option period. The place of performance will be the contractor's facilities in Plano, TX. There are zero dollars obligated with this award. Funds will be added through the issuance of individually funded fixed-price delivery orders. Total amount of delivery orders for the multiple contracts awarded under this requirement is estimated to be $3,000,000 Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act"), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, have been included. (ATN #SE0011) TAS 14 0803
