Description: The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement for professional service to assist in the documentation, CM base lining, maintenance, sustainment, support and emergency fixes for critical GPO Business Information Systems (BIS) application. These systems are currently active systems that are critical to GPO Operations. At this time they are in need of maintenance and sustainment activities as well as the need for rapid deployment of critical fixes. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Carousel 30 Company. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competion basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All parties interested may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
