- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to Genova Technologies, the current holder of the CMS Professional Requirements Engineering Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA was competitively awarded in 2006 under the procedures of FAR 8.4 to Genova Technologies. CMS intends to award a task order to Genova to provide the high level requirements for the implemention of the meaningful use incentive payment program created by Title XIII of Division A and Title IV of Division B of the ARRA. Genova will conduct a gap analysis of CMS' current state and the ARRA requirements and will present recommendations for CMS consideration. The task is expected to be completed within 12 months after award of the task order.
