- The U.S.Army Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760, has a requirement to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to install two new roofs on car ports located at Military Family Housing in Natick, Massachusetts. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. This requirement is set aside one hundred per cent for hub zone contractors. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visit to be held on 21 August and 28 August 2009. The site visit will commence at 10:00AM. Period of performance is six months. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Copies of the solicitation, Statement of Work, and wage determination will be made available for download at our web site https://www3.natick.army.mil. The solicitation will be available on our web site on or about 14 August 2009.
