- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,783 rentable square feet, yielding approximately 1,550 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet, of office and related space in Northfield, New Jersey. The delineated area consists of the political boundary of Northfield, New Jersey. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 15, 2010. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
