- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS LISTED UNDER EXISTING GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE CONTRACTS LISTED WITHIN GSA'S e-BUY SYSTEM. GSA's e-Buy system is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology Contracts. These contracts will be solicited utilizing unrestricted competitive procedures. This is not a solicitation. The full solicitation package inclusive of specifications will be available only by accessing GSA's e-Buy system under RFQ 385381. The posting will occur on 30 July, 2009 and will be open for competitive pricing through 04 August, 2009 at 2:00pm EST.
