- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL-08-D-0086-0002. Provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials and shipping costs necessary to engage the services of an experienced pre-engineered metal building evaluation team to conduct an assessment to determine the needs of the facility, to provide a work plan with drawings and specifications to implement those needs. The evaluation team needs to actively include their recommendations in the final scope of renovation. A cost estimate to construct the renovations shall also be prepared and submitted.
