- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-09-T-0917, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 423450 with a size standard of 100 employees or less. Item 0001, One each (1 - each) I-STAT 1 Analyzer, Brand Name "or equal". Item 0002, One each (1 - each) 1 I-STAT 1 Serial/Recharge Downloader, Brand Name "or equal". Item 0003, One each (1 - each) Martel Printer, Brand Name "or equal". Item 0004, One each (1 - each) I-STAT Rechargeable Power Pack, Brand Name "or equal". Item 0005, One each (1 - each) I-STAT 1 System Manual, Brand Name "or equal". Item 0006, One each (1 - each) I-STAT 1 Electronic Simulator, Brand Name "or equal". Desired delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination to Lincoln NE, zip code 68524. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
