- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QEY09B0006. RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, the Government posts this pre-solicitation notice of intent to issue Solicitation W91QEY-09-B-0006 as an IFB. This notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project calls for the contractor to Repair Bathrooms in 2nd Bn Area Barracks - Wilcox at Ft. A.P. Hill, VA. The total number of barracks is four (4) for this project.
