Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Boonton Electronics Corporation, 25 Eastmans Road, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054-3702 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase eight (8) each, Model 8201-S/3 Module Analyzers each with a 250 KHz Filter. The Model 8201-S/3 is one part of a sourcing and measurement parameters required to calibrate the Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS). The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Boonton Electronics in order to obtain the required calibration standards required to calibrate the RTCASS. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 4-6 weeks after contract award.
