- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to MT Supply, Inc. (dba Machine Tools Supply) for purchase of: 1 EA. RoboCrib 1000 Point of Use Dispensing System & Installation 12 EA. 701-624 6-STACK (12X6X24) 8 EA. 701-500 5-STACK (18X7.2X18) 12 EA. 710-324 3-STACK (24X24X24) 4 EA. 710-953 BACKBONE SET 2 EA. 710-962 CONTROL TOWER - TOUCH VEND NAICS Code: 423830 Small Business Size Standard: 100 employees *************NOTE 22 APPLIES************* Justification for Sole Source Only: There are currently 30 AutoCrib RoboCribs operating at RobinsAFB. The units are software controlled by proprietary AutoCrib software already owned by Robins AFB. The new POU Dispensing system must interface with the current AutoCrib control software and database. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35, 14 July 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090729.
