- This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Rockwell Collins, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. The acquisition is for the purchase of the following items: 1 ea Interface Unit, NSN 5895-01-323-3648SO, p/n: 622-9471-001; 2 ea Interface Unit, NSN 5895-01-325-0150SO, p/n: 622-9470-001; and 1 ea Control Display, NSN 6605-01-396-1587SO, p/n 622-9455-003. The required delivery schedule is 4 weeks after receipt of contract. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. See NOTE 22
