- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to extend the period of performance under contract N00244-05-D-0010 (AT& T), N00244-05-D-0011(Sprint/Nextel), and N00244-05-D-0012 (Verizon) for additional one (1) year and increase the contract's stated maximum amount. The extension will allow for the continuity of these services through 30 September 2010 without disruption pending the award of a follow-on contract. The period of performance will be 01 September 2009 through 30 September 2010. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Wireless services in support of the Department of the Navy. No proposal will be accepted for this extension period. Authority is granted under the procedures of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition and numbered notes 22 apply.
