Description

DCMA St. Louis intends to place a Firm Fixed Price delivery order with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166 for the procurement of Class II updates and Class I proposals as requested for technical manuals, and program management support to include status reports, disposition of Interim Rapid Action Changes (IRACs), and Interim Changes (ICs) in support of the Kuwait Air Force. The projected period of performance is 1 September 2009 through 31 August 2011. MDC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the Kuwait F/A-18 C-D aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
