- Description
- Dissassemble the station service turbine /generator; inspect, clean, paint & test generator rotor and stator. Design, manufacture, and install new wicket gates. Design, manufacture, and install new top and bottom wear rings. Design, manufacture, and install new wicket gate bushings (greased type)and automatic greasing system. Refurbish packing box complete with new packing and lantern ring and packing sleeve if required. Remove, blast clean, perform non-destructive testing and paint turbine runner and head cover. Design, manufacture, and install new a new governor. Clean and inspect generator breaking system. Design, manufacture, and install new generator cooling water controls. Design, manufacture, and install new voltage regulator system. Design, manufacture, and install turbine aeration system. Reassemble the generator and turbine, and perform stasrt-up and testing of the station service generator.
