- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. This opportunity is available only to contractors with an existing an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of buildings. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order to be awarded will be firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to rehabilitate existing fish crowders at Carson National Fish Hatchery (Skamania County). Work will be completed within 120 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed, and work will be performed at a time when no fish are present. Work may be performed in the area of the west crowder from November through April. The east crowder is available from mid-April to approximately May 1 and again from late Septermber to early November. Offers from qualified IDIQ contractors are due by COB August 20, 2009. A site visit will be conducted on Monday, August 10, 2009, at 10 a.m. Pacific time at the Carson National Fish Hatchery; only authorized contractors may participate. Attendance at the scheduled site visit is strongly encouraged but not required. Technical and contractual questions must be submitted in writing to gail_rubin@fws.gov on or before August 18, 2009. Responses to questions will be provided in an amendment to the RFQ. NAICS code 238990; size standard $14 million. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Basis for award will be low price. Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number is 1409/101610. Project number is R1PG.
