- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, (CAGE Code 03640), 1801 State RT 17C,Owego, NY 13827-3900. The purpose of the proposed contract is to procure Specialized Test Equipment (STE) necessary to perform depot level repairs of MH-60 Common Cockpit Avionics Suite at the Fleet Readiness Center. The requirement is parts included in the Common Cockpit Avionics Components, which are the Common Avionics Multi- Function Display (CAMFD) and the Smart Multi-Function Display (SMFD). The Specialized Test Equipment, technical data and training required allows the FRC Artisans to test, repair and sell off the associated Common Cockpit Avionics Components and maintain the test equipment. Also required is an option for a Universal Power Supply Tester (UPST). The Navy intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Navy does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A solicitation is not available for this procurement.
