- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. This acquisition is not a set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 531120.
