- The purpose of this modification is to add required quantity. Livestock Panels 750 EA All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. REQUIREMENT: The Bureau of Land Management Wild Horse & Burro Corrals has a requirement for 18 Gauge Steel Panels. 1. Panels must be constructed of 18 gauge steel. 2. Panels must have pin together connectivity with pins included. 3. Panels must be a minimum of 5 foot tall. 4. Panels must be 12 foot in length. 5.
