- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced contract for Maintenance of DoD School buildings and Siemens HVAC systems at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor, and equipment, except that specified herein as Government-furnished, to perform Maintenance Support Services for the Fort Stewart School System, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide the maintenance services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract and execute the scope of services as indicated in approved Work Requests. The Contractor will procure all materials and equipment (except those specifically referred to as U.S. Government Furnished). In addition, the Contractor will provide transportation, mobile communications, and supervision of Contractor employees and subcontractors involved with the maintenance, and repair, at the DDESS facilities presented herein. The Contractor shall verify any maintenance and repair issues which may be covered under a warranty for Kessler Elementary School and notify the Logistics Management Supervisor or person designated by this supervisor that warranty work is required. The NAICS code is 561210 and the small business standard is $32.5 Mil. A written solicitation will be posted o/a 30 July 2009 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
