- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL-08-D-0026-0003. This contract action will be accomplished by using other than competitive procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) for sole source awards under the 8(a) program 15 U.S.C.637 and in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2). It is the intent of the Government to award a task order under an existing IDIQ Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. Jeff Ploutz Construction, Inc., DBA J&P Construction, of Santa Maria, CA. This is not a solicitation. The Los Angeles District has a requirement to repair HVAC for Remote Launch Control Center, Building 8510, Vandenberg AFB, CA. Work should include the following: Refurbishment of AH1 and AH2 Valves and Actuators; Test and Balance AH1 and AH2; Replacement of the CRUC's serving rooms 119, 120, 121 (CRUC's 1, 2, and 3); Replacement of boilers B1 and B2; Replacement of all Air Handler Humidifiers; Expansion of all new items to the DDC system. The work will be at Vandenberg Air Force BAse, CA
